For those of you unfamiliar with Fenwick, it is the southern-most beach town in Delaware, sharing the state line with Ocean City, MD and just a few miles south of Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, or Rehoboth Beach. It is a terrific waterfront property in the resort community of Bayville Shores.
